For the purpose of conducting vocational educational programmes, Makhinjauri Naval Lyceum Ltd. executed contract with Batumi Navigation Teaching University Ltd. on the transfer of its owned building in the form of a lease.

For vocational programmes the Lyceum uses classrooms equipped with modern equipment and inventory, staff work rooms, a library (book collection (printed and electronic media), educational film library and audio-materials, visual materials, usage of international Witherbys Seamanship Library; Openbiblio.ge electronic library, workshops, electro technical laboratory, language laboratory, computer centers, training vessel Elite.
